To schedule either a half day or full day Music Workshop with one of our clinicians, complete the form below to determine availability. Once a date has been agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the date. The balance is due 30 days before the agreed upon clinic date. 

    1st step:
​The Sponsoring Organization will provide all standard equipment (instruments, music, lighting) for the event.
Appropriate electrical accommodations will be taken care of prior to the starting of the event – i.e. lighting & air conditioning turned on, burglar alarms turned off.
If there are more than 25 participants, a mic and sound system is required.
Sponsoring Organization will reimburse clinician for travel fees if venue is over 25 miles from Winter Park, FL. Reservations subject to $50.00 cancellation fee if workshop is cancelled 30 days or less from event date by the sponsoring organization.
